§ 13-11. Speed limits.

(a)

All vessels entering or leaving the Conn Brown Harbor turning basin shall be operated at a speed sufficiently slow that no wake will be thrown and no damage caused to moored vessels.

(b)

It shall be unlawful for any operator of a marine vessel, of whatsoever nature, to cause, allow or permit such vessel to be operated in such manner or speed as will create a potentially damaging or a damaging wake while within the water jurisdiction of the City of Aransas Pass, Texas.
