§ 13-34. Landing of fire-or water-damaged cargo.

Landing or fire-or water-damaged cargo in the facilities is a special operation, subject to special regulation by the harbor master, and subject to charges listed below:
(1)

Dockage and shed hire shall apply on all vessels at regular tariff rates.

(2)

Regular tariff charges for electric current and water shall apply.

(3)

Regular tariff charges for wharfage shall apply, subject to tariff provisions for cargo transhipped or re-shipped.

(4)

All other services, not covered by the regular tariff, shall be subject to special contract.
