All rental rates are applicable except that there shall be a:

(1)

Ten per cent (10) discount on a rental rate for any Aransas Pass resident with proof of residency; or

(2)

Twenty-Five per cent (25) discount on a rental rate for a non-profit organization with proof of active U.S. Internal Revenue Code 501(c)(3) federal tax exemption status; or

(3)

Twenty-Five per cent (25) discount on a rental rate for two (2) or more consecutive full day rentals. Discounts cannot be combined and are not applicable towards a deposit. A deposit must be paid in full at time of the event reservation. Deposits may be refunded in compliance with civic center policies and procedures.
