§ 5.5-5. Irrigation.

(1)

All required landscaping shall be irrigated by one or both of the following methods and must meet all City Plumbing Code requirements:

a.

An underground sprinkler and/or drip system; or

b.

A hose attachment within seventy-five (75) feet of all required landscaping.

(2)

An exception to the requirements listed in item (1) may be applied if Xeriscape landscaping and adequate mulching is used. This exception shall not be used for any overlay districts.
