§ 5.6-1. Requirement for buffering incompatible uses.

  • (1)

    Where a commercial or industrial use is established on a lot or parcel adjacent to a lot or parcel zoned for or occupied by residential uses, then the owner of the lot or parcel to be occupied by said commercial or industrial use shall be required to construct a solid wood, ornamental iron with landscaping screening material or solid vinyl fence six (6) feet in height.

    All service entrances and exits in the street yard for commercial and industrial uses which are within fifty (50) feet of residential zones or uses must be landscaped to meet the minimum criteria in section 5.5-2.
