§ 13-27. Signs.

Painting signs on the city owned Conn Brown Harbor structures or other city owned waterways structures is prohibited. Signs may be erected upon city owned Conn Brown Harbor structures or property only with the prior written approval of the harbor master, who shall also approve copy, design, material and method of erection and specify maintenance requirements of same.
