§ 13-28. Unauthorized use of space.

Stevedores and others desiring office, gear rooms, or floor space for similar or other purpose shall make application to the harbor master who will establish rental therefor, if he approves such application. Stevedores and others using space unauthorized are subject to immediate space so occupied shall be charged at the rate of one-quarter cent ($0.0025) per square foot per day. Cargo so placed as to obstruct door or fire-fighting equipment shall be subject to removal by the city, and the party responsible shall pay the full cost of removal.
