§ 13-42. Penalties for violation.

Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of this chapter or fails to comply therewith, or who shall violate or fail to comply with any order made thereunder, shall severally for each such violation and noncompliance respectively, be guilty of a misdemeanor, punishable as provided in section 1-5 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Aransas Pass, Texas.
