§ 2-17. Members; terms.

Members of the board shall be appointed for the terms of two (2) years. Initially there shall be three (3) members appointed for terms of two (2) years and two (2) members appointed for terms of one (1) year and thereafter appointments shall be for the period of two (2) years so that the members terms shall be staggered to provide continuity on the board.
