§ 2-18. Meetings.

The board shall meet at the call of the chairman or at the request of the city council. Any member who is absent from three (3) consecutive meetings without good cause, as determined by the remaining members of the board, shall be removed from the board and the city council shall fill such vacancy within thirty (30) days from receipt of the notice of such removal.
